My culinary journey began as a young child in my grandmother Emma's kitchen. She was the family cook for all holidays and special events, and I was her little helper in the kitchen. It was in that kitchen that my passion for cooking was born. Fast forward to now with over 11 years of experience in professional kitchens all over the country. I am ready to share my knowledge and experience with you all, and hopefully honor the woman who started it all for me in the process.
